There may be a few very rare exceptions, but generally: NO

It depends on what it is. Really important stuff, in my experience, was pretty safe. Shit that I didn't want to get out, especially to my buddys, ehhhhh not so much. Overall, keep the secrets to yourself if you absolutely want to keep them that way.
