What to do when projects ARE LATE.
 

I have this one company who are making scripts for my site and although I have provided them with EXACT details of what I need and then corrected them on there mistakes they still continue to provide the wrong shit again and again this as been going on for 2 weeks? Of course they will expect there payment 2 mins after the work as been FINALLY completed but I am fucking pissed off at them.

Another situation that is going on is with someone writing articles, also over a week late.

What do you do in situations like this?

Show them your big penis.

I recently hired a designer I met through this board... absolutely shit!

You need to let them know, that there is lots more work to come (as I know from you there is!), if they do it properly and fast then you will hire them again, if not... you'll use somebody else!

Make sure that anything you outsource has a late clause in the contract. That generally works.

Kill all ties to them and find someone else

The programers you chosen also must be an outsourcing company. Check it. If it is so fuck their ass.
