I am a board member (Spiegelau) that will be taking legal action against another board member by the name of "Fris."

GFY member "Fris" has continually participated in clear and obvious Libel against me. This is just a notice to you that legal action will commence and subpoenas will be issued regarding "Fris" and the offending posts and potential other board identities.
"Fris" has been asked to remove offending posts and appears to not have made any effort to rectify the situation. He has been given 72 hours. After the 72 hour time period, the complaint will be filed and you will receive a service copy along with subpoenas requesting information regarding board identities.
GoFuckYourself.com will not be a party to the lawsuit. I would also ask that you not lock or delete any thread involved in the litigation. Doing so might leave the libelous accusation out for all to wonder about.
It will be important for those following and reading the threads to see that "Fris" was sued for libel and what the outcome eventually will be.
