Sounds sort of like a BYOT system merged with an adult verification system. I will be interested to see what the IPSPs think about this sort of semi-bypass on the "who owns the site" rules for the US.

no it's not exactly this...
It's a similar architecture to an AVS indeed
but it has several more features that makes it different in the sense that you can not call it an AVS.
