your account most liklely needs to be verified. Good luck the process is a pain, but staple in this biz.

i just phoned them and yes it needs to be verified. Plus they told me it takes up to 7 days to do that. this just sucks. we payout with that and get payments. don't understand why they can't keep alive while they do the verification. :(
