ePassporte - why does it take 14 days to transfer funds?

why does it take 14 (!) days to transfer funds from ePurchase to the regular ePassporte account? Is there anybody here who can answer me this question?

Also, is there any way to speed this process up? We have called them today but the support at the phone had no idea to these questions and could not help. So now I try it here ...

they like to earn on the interest

johannes 07-04-2007 03:05 PM

that is what I was thinking ;)

johannes 07-04-2007 03:07 PM

funny thing is that the money is going from:

epass account to epass account to epurchase account to epass account

and still it need 14 days to VERIFY - wtf!

probably a way they protect themselves from fraud (weak isn't it :winkwink:), you cannot speed this up.

Since I mainly deal with personal accounts I am not sure about the rules.

I don't think so - they would loose a good customer with me ;) I have to sleep now. I wait for the answer and hope we can workout things as i like epassporte a lot besides this (for me) strange rule :thumbsup

i agree - but in this case the money comes from in-house, epassporte clients - so they are already verified. Its not the same situation than when dealing with creditcards from 3th parties where chargebacks can occour etc.
