Interesting article, Reminds me of the differences between european and american prison systems. I'd move to norway but the cost of living is higher there then in the United States

that's bullshit, the guy that shot a cop - shoot him in the head, the others - torture them untill they say where the cash is, if they don't want to - chop a few limbs with an ax and they will start singing like a fucking canaries
