I have terminated Cass's contract without cause. I have called her instead of just sending her a letter. I have given her about 10 weeks notice until her last check is issued. When that happens you either blow your kids off or you make some big business decisions. I have made my choice!

Why would he cut her site? She's converts better then any of the other girls with him and has a huge following. Her site retains well too compared to the other girls. That girl and site seemed like a money train.

Still, the girl doesn't have a lot to complain about. She was an employee and doesn't seem to have an ownership stake. I think anytime a girl gets big, is actively involved in the site and forums, she is setting herself up for big problems by not getting a % of the site. Two years ago, she would have been in prime position to get a cut.

Her best bet would be to get hooked up with someone who can get her a new site. Stay active on the boards, and think about going topless (not sure if another NN site for her would work). If she does that, gets some ownership, she could probably make a shitload of money.

Hmm seems like this could be a big marketing scam in the long run. She shows up in a "friend" of phils program and then is doing full nude or hardcore stuff. GOLD JERRY GOLD!

Thats a sizable chunk of change to have laying around, and would take a conciderable amount of time to recover.
