Yes, I take it. It's awesome. The problem is I end up eating a lot of food and wake up not remembering.

I am supposed to take "trazodone".. the dr. says two..I say NONE.. one knocks me the fuck out for 8-10 hours of fucked up freaky ass dreams.

I stick with my over the counter pills when needed.

Hah true that! Never liked that script, I was perscribed ambien when I was a minor, it was a good sleep aid but I abused it

found out Trazadone is also a mood enchancer for the really crazy folk...used in pysche wards....I told the dr I would much prefer a cannibis and valium script..

she says..no smoking pot , but wants me to take the crazy knockout pills.. the dr is a freak. I go in next week for a check up.. wonder what script I can get out of her this time around..pill freak that she is. :1orglaugh

Ambien is great for long international flights. Other than that, I have no use for it.

I have a hard time falling asleep. Also I lay in bed and shake my feet and move around. it drives my wife crazy. I take Ambien and it puts me to sleep for 8 hours straight. I don't have any crazy nightmares like I did on other meds. I wake up and feel great.

I do the skaking feet thing.. it drives everyone in my house crazy..Mr. big just lays on my feet so I cant move them. I have a hard time sitting still and relaxing unless I smoke a lot of cannibis.

ambien is alright, valium is better.

I take an Ambien-CR when I'm having problems sleeping. I cant see taking it for any other reason.

i take the CR. knocks me the fuck out sometimes. other times im wired. also, at 3 in the morning when i have to piss it can get fucking scary. stumbling around and holding onto the shower rod trying to piss without falling on my face into the toilet is a nightly adventure for me.

This one time I got up to go peepee while in an Ambien stupor, and I started falling and grabbed the shower curtain to steady myself, and it tore off the rod one hook at a time, like in Psycho.

I landed on my ass in the tub with my legs dangling over the side, and I was like a turtle on his back. I couldn't get up!

Then the shower rod broke off and hit me in the head. :(

i tried taking ambien. three hours later, i would still feel exactly the same and not tired at all. :( major bummer. i figured the way everyone raves about it, it would at least help put a dent into my insomnia.. but no. :(
