streamray offline inc cams etc etc ect

Just came to Holland and plugged into a dutch isp, and everything is to see, only streamray and her business not for me.
I looked here to find threads about it that can make me reasure it is just a temporarly thing. Can not find :(

Can someone enlighten me about this?
