Anyone have bad experiences with them?

Usually everything goes very smooth but this last week god damn. They brought in reps off the short bus to man that place. Fucking retarded.

usually you dont even need to deal with anyone there when selling a domain

Sucks when you deal with them, seller backs out of the deal and you are still stuck paying rediculous fees
