Damn call your doctor and get some more. You will get sick if you just stop Xanax cold turkey. Valium works well if you can find some. I do not know anything over the counter that works like Xanax. Valium and Xanax you can get on the street.

Tamazepam is good to have, when you run out, doctors easily perscribe it on top of your daily benzo habit, as a sleep aid.
