The seller likely owned it for a while and had a superior claim to it.

All other recent 'iPhone' domains are probably Apple's --with a lawyer's letter --if they want them.

It would be hard for Apple to prove 'bad faith' for a pre-existing domain, but not for recent infringing domain registrations.

I dont see how these could ever be used? I mean iphoneinterracial you could have a black iphone fucking a white one? i dont know man.... wouldnt sell

Cisco had a stronger claim to the name than Apple.

I'm hopeful that this search at the Patent/Trademark site means that Apple's TM application is still pending, or never was submitted/approved. Now, I'm quite computer-dumb so maybe I did this wrong!?

The mistake you made is thinking that only registered trademarks can get you in trouble. You can also get sued for Common Law trademarks.

"18 Records(s) found"

I don't own any as there are TM issues. Cisco ownes the trademark to the term "Iphone"
