Supposing you built a unique Internet community (think YouTube, MySpace, etc) and you were approached by Yahoo! who indicated they wanted to buy it from you.

Would you sell it to them or wait for Google to approach you?

if it was well in the 8 figure range, I don't think I would be greedy, I would just sell it and retire....

I was thinking 9 figure range . . . I guess I would have to wait for Google then
