Hey there,
well, i would say: both! Spam, cause it was my first post and web2.0? Some buzzword, more not ;-) But i am sure, AWMREAK can help you guys out there indeed. Questions? Ask! Just updated my profile: ICQ: 427601706 |

web2.0 is usually the term when a site become interactive with the community/surfers. Where the core value of the site is the interaction between user and site/idea |
Sorry about the german screens inside the tutorial(the hints are english), we just started the englisch version. Everything(!) else is available in english. Use the tool and you will get the english tutorial too ;-)
BTW: Its not only web based, a server license is also available. |

We agree then. Web2.0 is just a buzzword to me as well. The net evolves continuously, labeling a period in the webs development as Web2.0 is just a lot of hot air |

>>>"More like this, is what I was thinking:"
100% ACK. Concerning AWMFREAK, Web 2.0 targets towards technology, e.g. drag & drop, inline windows and what the heck else. |
So I'm checking this out more and I like it, just not too big on the hosted setup. And I'm not paying for the full setup again, unless it's from one of the companies that's been around for a while...so I know they'll be around for at least a little while longer.
From what I can see so far, I like this system. |
what is the system based on? Zoap or something? or 100% custom
|
Zoap? Hmm... That was some JBoss thing or what?
100% custom! |

http://www.zope.org/ Zope is an open source application server for building content management systems, intranets, portals, and custom applications. The Zope community consists of hundreds of companies and thousands of developers all over the world, working on building the platform and Zope applications. Zope is written in Python, a highly-productive, object-oriented scripting language |
Aah... Zope! Didnīt manage the typo from Zoap to Zope ;-)

Business bump.
Any sites running this yet? |
Nope , Looks good though
|
As the system officially started in april in germany, we have one full standalone license running as well as a payment provider who sells the web based versions to their customers. Furthermore there are many free accounts in use for promo stuff like TGP..... but...the german market is way to little.... so here we are! ;-)

Every time I hear a "buzzword", it reminds me of the following bash quote:
