They are young, blond and the tits are out. But they are still NOT hot - exept that one - she is a 8-9

First girl is a 7 at best from these pics ( not saying in person she might be hotter , as personality and an up close look may change the score for me )

all the rest are not above a 6 and only a couple of those. In fact a few should not even be considered as a ranking qualified person LOL they never made the cut !

I mean I am sure after several drinks, maybe even some drugs and the lights of a bar etc.... the score goes up for us all, but these are just ordinary bar sluts mostly man!

Arizona does have some SUPER hot babes no doubt, these just are not them. I think these girls would score the same in Portland as they do in Phoenix LOL

for the average male a girl's attitude plays big in her "attractiveness" quotient.

you can take an otherwise pretty girl, put fake tits on her, put her in a makeup chair and doll her up, put a skank dress on her, have her affect an "attitude", and it will lower her "attractiveness" quotient.

The last couple of times I was in Phoenix, I know I saw a lot of hot college chicks around town...here in Vegas the only time I really see hot chicks is when I'm on the Strip..and they are usually tourists.
