ok this requires start up funds, and some space, a little know how, and some social skills.
pretty simple really
hit craigslist, hit the for sale section and pick something there that you are half way decent with.
then call everyone, email everyone offering 1/2 of the asking price in cash.
he says he does this furniture.. then turns around and resells if all right back on craigslist at the full asking price or maybe a small amount lower.
just a hobby spare fund maker, nothing big or anything, but he said hes doing a few hunny extra a week just for fucking around and takes about 10 hours a week.
