Since I got a server with them Ive been blown away by the speed of their responses.

you must have caught them at a bad time. My tickets are usually replied to within a minute.

That's just amazing...

My longest response time was 9 minutes, typical is 2-3. Incredible. Never seen any other host come close in response time.

No matter what the issue is, big or small, there's almost always some sort of response by the 3 minute mark.

NatNet is hands down the best host I have used.

2-3 minutes for me too.

The network smokes too.

not a surprise, but still awesome :)

For all the time I was hosted with National Net (almost 6 years) I was always happy with the speed that tickets were addressed, as well as the reaction time to phone calls and questions. Without a doubt, Sweet-T and LBBV have put together a solid team that understands what customer service is.

Last week I put in what I thought was a rather complicated ticket at National Net. I kid you an email sixty seconds later saying it was done.
