Not exclusive, but shecansquirt.com is converting well for us. It has some fhgs (movies )but i don't think more than a handful of people have used them. If you have any squirting traffic that may work out ok for you. If that's not what you're looking hopefully some more ccbill paysite owners will post in this thread soon, since i need some good small unknown ccbill sites for other niches too.
