todays kids are fat adn lazy and donothing but play video games and watch TV and surf thenet. Then they buy a game system that requires to to MOVE in order to play and you're wonder how injuries happen? The Wii is old technology with a gimmicky controller. In the end it will be seen as that.

why playing a wii game about throwing a ball... instead of going out and throw the dam ball for real?

on the other hand, i understand shooters and racing ;)

I've never as disapointed in anything as I was when I tried the Wii. They should call it the Wiik.

Achmed 06-28-2007 08:22 PM

LOL I see that happening often as the gaming generation ages.

Owch that hurts. FYI vicoden and sleep make for a great recovery. I will be back for this weekends championship.

Damn I think I just need to stretch more before I play next time. Its like a comic plot that I would throw out my back 2 weeks after I turned 30.

after the first time boxing for an hour i couldn't move for 2 days cause all my muscles hurt :disgust

Methodcash Rick 06-29-2007 08:16 AM

If you don't hurt yourself, break something, or hit someone else while playing the Wii, you're not doing it correctly.

SykkBoy 06-29-2007 08:29 AM

our household wii casualties:
- one wiimote that met a ceiling fan (oops, my bad)
- my sister's back during a heated game of wii bowling
- my head after my 6 year old son let a wiimote fly during a spirited game of cow racing
- one small desk lamp that took a hit during a hardcore game of wii tennis

I'm glad to see others have also managed to injure themselves with the wii...not because I want to see people injured, but because I like knowing that I'm not alone...

My son caught my daughter in the side of the head right behind the ear the other day. Gave her a good bump on the noggin. I got nailed on the chin while walking past a crazed wii wielder. When they say make sure nobody is in close range before playing, they mean it!
