Directnic.com ROCKS...

We had an issue with a person that bought a domain name from us.
He tried to transfer the domain from our directnic account to
domaindiscover which failed at DD's end.

The guy totally freaked out and practicly went insane..

(you know.. the type of guy that starts to cc and bcc the world
with double a4 size emails and claims to have CIA and government contacts etc etc)

Although the error was not at Directnic's end they took every
effort solving this issue for us and getting the workload dealing with this guy out of our hands..

That's just fucking superb..

www.directnic.com :thumbsup

One person cannot destroy your image if you really give good service. Let him fuck himself

Exactly.. but one person can be a pain in the ass
and i, nor anyone else in the office, ignores anyone.
Good or bad.

It was not about image, it was about a time consuming fucker
with too much time and too little brain cells.

directnic simply is the best.
Better pay a few $ extra then pay less and end up with trouble.

ah yes, i keep all my domains at Directnic. They are great. I dont mind paying a few extra bucks for reliability.

I agree - and if you pay them ahead of time - you can get them cheaper with directnic dollars...

$2050 =$3000 directnic dollars.

I agree totally. DirectNIC has been great for me for a few years now-- back when they were still reselling for TuCows. No problems in all that time. So I look at it this way... A few more bucks per domain isn't a big deal. I don't think I would risk smooth operation for an insignificant savings. So I stick with the provider that I know works.

I love DirectNic, and I want to marry them
