Don't forget about wheelchair bound amputee junkies. I have one in my neighborhood, see him at least once a week crossing the street. Scooter has one hell of a leg.

Come on now, crippled people are people the none the less and have the right to be junkies. Just because they're in a wheelchair doesnt mean they cannot be junkies, mind you, running from the cops might be a little hard ;)

I did not say anything about his right to be a junkie. More power to him. I guarantee the cops around here all know his name. I also have the right to laugh when I see him scooting across an alley with an agenda.
