You can put your account into test mode YES., but you CAN NOT do a test signup. ONLY a ccbill employee can do a test signup you idiot. you should know this. I had 2 done within 10 minutes of eachother without my consent. and the user names were 'fuckyou' and username 'asshole'.

I also NEVER said one bad word about ccbill as a company until my account got shut down. I did however say ccbill should can your ass many many times.
