    Epassporte suppport - no response ?

    Hello,

    anyone had to wait for Epass support for more than 1 week?

    I was charged twice for the same thing on my card , while shopping online. I contacted them through message center, then I left a message on their call center.. NO response.

    I think 2-4 days is reasonable, but 8 days is out of questions. Do you have any internal epass contact ?

          good luck. you need to stop using a broken down system that is going under anyways due to processing for gaming sites and the feds already wathcing them

                  I'd say Michael is "the" customer service of epass... don't even bother with the other guys! If he ever leaves then we're up shit creek without a paddle!

                              While he may be good, the system is obviously broken.

                              Would you stay with a bank if only 1 teller can make deposits and withdrawals? I think not. What about a car that can only be fixed by 1 person in the world? I think not.

                              Same day service and with fraud - within minutes is what I expect.

                                          That was exactly my point. There's a fundamental problem with CS and if he ever leaves then there will be a LOT more epass threads.....
