CCBill Webadmin question

I have a question regarding CCBill's webadmin page. Specifically the part where you can adjust the base affiliate % payout. Ok here's my situation: We were thinking about doing one of those increased affiliate % promotions for a certain period of time. Let's just use 100% for a week as an example. But some of our affiliates have already been bumped to 60% already, so what would happen to them after the promotion is over? Would they go back to their 60% or would they drop back to the base 50% payout?

If everybody gets set back to 50% across the board after the promo is over, I think I came across an option where you can set a certain group of affiliates back to their customized payout %. I was looking in the Webadmin and noticed that you can create "groups" and you can set a seperate base payout % for that group. However, there's no utility that I saw that allowed me to sort our affiliates by payout % so it's hard to figure out which affiliates would go into said group. There must be an easier way! Anybody have any tips?

Hello, Please hit me up, I will see if I can gather all of the percentages for you (contact info below).

Regarding the payouts: You are on the right track and I do believe setting up groups would be the best way to go, otherwise you would have to modify the payouts either per affiliate or for the entire program.

In your case I would suggest creating a group for the 60% affiliates and a group for all the others. This will allow you to modify the payouts for each group per the promotion and change them back when it is finished.

You must remember that when you make changes to a group by either adding someone to the group or changing the payouts you must update the group for the changes to take affect.

Hope this helps.
