Epassporte going the Paypal way?
 

Anyone having problems with Epassporte? I've read about sponsors(Revenue Gold, Epic Cash, XXXSexticket, etc.) no longer making payments through Epassporte and know for a fact of one webmaster who's Epassporte account got closed without any notice, e-mail or whatever.
Reason these sponsors are giving is: Due to recent problems with online payment services and US accounts being seized, we have discontinued ePassporte payments.

any thing the GOV takes an interest in gets totally fucked up...

I sent them a support request on 6/4/2007 because funds I wired to them did not post in my epass account.... They just wrote me back today 6/27/2007.. LOL

The funds were deposited into my account on 6/7/2007 BTW! The customer support needs to be improved a lot!!! I can understand why people are not happy with them!

It's funny... I left a voice mail, two follow-up voice mails and a set of emails with them to open a business account starting over six weeks ago. No answer. I guess I won't get an answer either because I don't like having to go to gofuckyourself.com to find "keysersoze's" contact info so he can "hook me up..." Fuck that. No doesn't seem to be the sponsor. I've had problems with their support in the past too, emailed them, left voice messages, longest for a reply was over 2 months, shortest was about 3 weeks. Just makes me wonder wehn major sponsors start to post on their webmaster pages that payout through Epassporte is no longer available, how much longer before Epassporte starts doing what Paypal did/does, close accounts because they are receiving/sending funds related to the adult industry......

...Or a problem with them accepting gambling transactions which are currently illegal in the US.

We have no problems, but our bank does, as do those who are keeping an eye on homeland security. You'll see more and more US based programs dropping Epass in the very near future. It's on very thin ice.

As for their support, Michael is a pro. He always replies instantly to all my questions and has never let me down.

I never had any contact problem! They reply to my tickets in a day or less and answer their phone!

Why the hell ePassporte don't get offshore? I am not sure, but may be it solve some problems?

Or why don't they simply register another company somewhere in the world and start processing gambling there?

Epass is an offshore company. The problem is they are used widely by people for online gambling, US banks will not associate with online gambling as it's illegal. So they refuse to work with epassporte, this is why some programs dropped them as their bank won't allow their use.

What epass should have done is open two seperate card systems. Like epassporte, and epassadult. One should be for gambling and whatever, and the other just for adult companies, clients etc.
