The Power of the BLOG! A Design Company Gets Their Comeuppances!
 

I have never been a big fan of blogs but that's mainly because I didn't fully understand them. Well, here is my first blog and I can explain how I am now a 100% true fan of the Blog'o'sphere!

6 months ago I paid a nice sum of money for a logo design and branding package through a company called The Logo Loft, Inc. Their portfolio looked amazing and their site was structured very well accompanied by killer turnaround times (2-3 business days). Well to make a long story short, the company fucked me and is now playing the delay game with giving me my money back.

So...I said fuck them. I'm taking measures into my own hands.

I purchased www.LogoLoftSucks.com and used the one-click install to get Wordpress set up. I posted my story and just left it. Just two weeks later I see people are already starting to post and if you do a search for their company name on Google it comes up on the top of the second page. HOLY SHIT!!!

Now the best part is that the President of the company responded so he obviously found the site and also sent me an email. I can't disclose what the email said (offered if I took the site down) but I will post it eventually. It's so fucking hilarious that we as consumers have to take steps like this just so a jagoff company can get its comeuppances. :thumbsup

P.S. At this rate, within a month if you search their company name on Google I'll be right there sitting below them in the natural listings. :321GFY

Remember this thread? If not, I bumped it because if you do a Google search for the company name from the original post that page shows up on the first page of all search results. Try it, do a Google search for logo loft, the logo loft, or logoloft. :winkwink:
