How do you cancel a paid submit account at worldsex/al4a? Does anybody know?

There is a cancel link, but I never could remember what it was when I wanted to use it. However, I was able to get it by emailing in and asking for it.

Feel free to cancel your account at The Customer Service button located at the Sign Up Page and/or the VXS Bill Cancel Page
