He is looking to get on a team to win it all then, he wotn go to Portland! Maybe Sacto, or Back to minnesota? or possibly LA will pick him up if they trade Kobe for a superstar to go along with Chauncy etc..... Maybe Chicago.... so many good chances to get on a good team why would he take Portland? i dont think it will happen, sorry Boneprone looks like another building yr for your blazers. Oden will be a good pick, but will they fuck it up like they did when they had Jermain o' Niel and sat him on the bench?????? Portland needs an enima and until Allen is gone they are just never gonna reach the old glory days. |

Hey NastyD good to see you man. do you think Oden will start? and just take those ROSE colored glasses off and you will see the blazers for what they are too hahaahahha :winkwink: I will bet you 100 bucks now they do not make it to the playoffs. |

:1orglaugh:1orglaugh Here's why a number of free agents are interested in portland... http://i142.photobucket.com/albums/r...en_getdown.jpg Oden's got more moves then James Brown! :thumbsup |

Yeah but he got SCHOOOOOOLED by those florida boys, and in fact he did not have really any late round good games in the DANCE! |

Fuck even without Billups the Blazers will kick the Kings asses this year and make the playoffs, you guys still need a coach right? |
Portland should draft that kid from Texas instead of Oden if you ask me.....
But hey bowie was much better than Jordan so I am sure the history of the good draft choices will still be superior in Portland ! |
billups will go to the lakers for odom and andrew B...u heard it first on gfy!

Billups with Oden could present a pretty good run for the Blazers next season. That would be a good coup if they can get him.

Earlier last season he mentioned in an interview here locally that he was interested in finishing out his career in Denver his hometown. Now that would be a scary starting line up Billups, Iverson, Melo, Camby, and K-mart how would you ever D-up that team
|
Does anyone think Kobe is really going to leave L.A.? What would you have to give up to get him?

better to be a Trailblazer than playing basketball in eastern conference...

I don't know if that is the case, but who COULD afford him. You would have to give up a boat load of players or a high draft pick, like maybe this yrs 1st or 2nd pick. :winkwink: |

and asking me if I know what I'm talking about...let's go over what you said about Billups... You said "He is looking to get on a team to win it all then, he wotn go to Portland! Maybe Sacto, or Back to minnesota? or possibly LA will pick him up if they trade Kobe for a superstar to go along with Chauncy etc....." You say he wants to get on a team and win it all...and you start the next paragraph with Sacramento and Minnesota (Portland next year is easily a better option than those two teams)...lol. Who's he going to play with in Minnesota...since Garnet will be traded any day? And if you think adding Billups to Sacramento can help them win it all...you're just silly. and suggesting that LA might be the team, if they trade Bryant...you said win it all...didn't you? Or did you mean win the best shot at the 1st round draft pick. Taking away Kobe and adding Billups...yeah, that's going to do it. Also you said... "Oden will be a good pick, but will they fuck it up like they did when they had Jermain o' Niel and sat him on the bench??????" Fuck it up like they did Jermaine O'Neal? huh? He was a total undeveloped, young player in Portland...he's like Bynum is now, but not at the same talent level as Bynum at that age. You can't start a player that's going to go out on the court and run around like a chicken with his head cut off...and not help the team at all. If he was as good as you think, they would have played him more...the guys running the showing in the NBA, have a much better idea as to what they're doing...than you do. |

I don't even like the guy, but i have to believe someone out there wants him. Thanks to him the Heat got shaq and took home a ring. I'm just curious to see how this kobe situation develops. |

Trade Zach for the 9th and take Jeff Green :)

Portland isn't a bad spot. The team has some ballers, but they're young. Chauncey can be a leader and get those guys to the next level. With Oden entering the mix and guys like Roy having another year, they could be a playoff team next year with Chauncey. Not to mention they'll probably trade Randolph and get a couple nice players in return (maybe Nocioni and Gordan from Chicago or Richard Jefferson from the Nets)? |

Hey joe... can I get in on that
$100 dollar bet too? |
Watch Portland pull the shocker and take Kevin Durant...that would be their MO.

Lets us see!!
