Actually i like the concept. However on your signup scale, you should offer a more encouraging bargain. Right now you have:

Brass:3 day membership that includes $25.00 worth of Performers private video access.
Silver:6 day membership that includes $50.00 worth of Performers private video access.
Gold:9 day membership that includes $75.00 worth of Performers private video access.
Platinum:12 day membership that includes $100.00 worth of Performers private video access.

So basically there's no deal to be made if you buy platinum. It's the same as buying 4 x 3 day bronze at same price
how about a scale like this:

also the webmasters signup page is pretty crappy i would definitely put some effort into it. Nice graphs, list of advantages, etc...

15% is also pretty low, but when you think about it, the max membership is only 12 days. You can signup the same client about 2.5 times in a month. Let's do the math here: some people will obviously be hooked to these personal virtual lapdances. Let's say you sign someone up for a 6 day membership who comes back twice during the month: 15% x $45 x 2 = $13.50. now a 12 days membership once a month: $12.75. It's not that bad since it's a service that can be repeated a couple times a month with the same surfer.

Make sure you give awesome content, that your girls LOVE their work and show it.
Not a bad idea at all, you just need to tweak your busniess model a bit.
