Chameleon submitter Question
 

Ok, let met get this right:

Chameleon submitter is a program that (if you subscribe to it) allows you to post your "gallery" over multiple tgps at once. Is this right ? what else does it do. Asking this since there are real good tutorials on their site, but I can't really get what they do exactly.
