My Content Is Being RIPED!

What do I do with a site like this. It seems kinda like a Youtube type porn site so I'm not sure what you can really do. I get at them one day to take it down then it's up under another user name. So i just look the other way and move on or do i keep getting at rude.com to keep taking it down? What would you guys do.

contact the site ask them to remove it as it was stolen. If they won't, find out who they host with and report them for posting stolen content... that is usually a violation of any hosting companies terms of service and the site should get pulled.

Just make sure you can back up that you legally own it.

Use Lensman's program and get the most for your hard earned traffic.

rude.com don't care, shit is popping up left and right there, and all these sites claim it's user generated content and they are not liable. But aren't these site the ones enabling stolen content to be distributed.

If your buddy steals a car and let's you move it and you know it's stolen then you are liable I think.

You should see the requirements they have if you want them to take something down. Fuck that, this is the shit that pisses me off the most.

What kinda sucks about this is that I'm just getting started so i don't have a DMCA Notification yet. What else would be just as good to show that I own the content? Also what is bad is that the user edited out the .com that was on the video and is claming it's his. Why do peopel do this. I can see if he just took it and uploaded it but he's claming he's shooting the content.. I guess I'm doing something right for someone to be doing that but still It's not right.

I did watermark it.. He took it out! I keep the tabrin.com water mark at the conner on the right side. It's not there in the video.. I'm wondering how the hell he did that.

when contacting the hosting company, all you have to state is....

"under penalty of perjury" I, bla bla bla bla, bla bla bla.

If you created the work, you own it. I have had people do this with my software in the past.... the hosting company had them down within a very reasonable amount of time.....
