Ellen Burstyn was the only thing worth watching in that movie - other than the lesbo scenes with jenifer connelly, which they shouldve done more.

....just made me feel depressed about the world... :(

But the ass to ass bit is pretty cool! :)

darren aranofsky is a good filmmaker.

He also did 'Pi' and 'The Fountain'.

people usually love his work, or hate it.

that movie fucked up my already fucked up psycho ex-girlfriend for months. She played that stupid fucking song over and over and over again, in the car, in the house, at shoots... it was hell!

that movie was twisted...everything that could go wrong did

I have seen a lot of druggies go down that path...and well, everything in that movie went pretty much exactly right on schedule....:1orglaugh:1orglaugh

aside from the needle in the open wound scene, never seen that before, haha

The visualization of doing the drugs was perfect. All the little things that you remember, licking the paper, feeling the hit etc.

I'd venture it would hit recovering addicts a little too close to home.

the first time i saw that movie, i hated it. somehow i ended up watching it again and i loved it. :)
