Good day everybody here is my issue.
I have always used a stills guy to shoot our stills
I am now tryn to use screen caps from Vegas but im getting an image that is real blurry any settings or suggestings you guys may have would be great.

Still think you can't replace the actual stills

I don't use Vegas but the advice is the same for any app. Number one, take actual hi-res stills, don't rely on screen caps. Your best result is to make a high quality screen cap image, will be to make a manual screen capture from a frame with no motion, deinterlace the image and then slightly sharpen and brighten it.

Take Video Image
Open Photoshop
Filters>Video>DeInterlace

Re-hire photographer or have your production company shoot in progressive high definition and take screen caps from that footage. :D
