As per Jay well I am sure this was some mis understanding as you can ask pretty much anyone that deals with us. Jay is always on the ball and works crazy hours like all of us.

Bashing rep and companies online is not a way to sort things out. The best way is to communicate directly with parties involved and sort it out so we can move forward and both do great business together.
