How many program owners out there are using video podcasts to promote their sites?

For our All-guy site we have one that's about 3/4 free.. some updates are for members only but most are for everyone...

Anyone else doing this?

We're about to start a podcast for our All-Girl cam site Dorm24.com and we're trying to decide if it will be for everyone or just members.
