I have a wedding to go to tomorrow and I put off doing all the gift and dress shopping till the last minute... I should be sleeping it is almost 5am.

And the fucking birds are chirping already. GRR!

I have been asking myself the same question.... but it's only 2:30 here.... I think the caffeine is finally wearing off though... I may not be on much longer... it's WAY past my bedtime LOL

You need to get step away from your computer, pour yourself a nice glass of cognac, put on some chillin music, lay down, close your eyes and focus on your heartbeat.

If I focus on my heartbeat it will lead to me having an anxiety attack and then it takes hours to go to sleep.

i don`t know why you can`t sleep but try to get some sleep.

I am really bad at sleeping before events..I don't really get nervous but I do get worried I will be late or something.
