What should I do with my first 1 million dollars?
 

God has been grateful to me in this business and I expect to make my first annual million dollar sum this month. . I want to invest it wisely with at least 8% return on assets with as little risk as I can take. What would you recommend?

Spend the first $100K on buying stupid shit you always wanted. The rest deversify into various investements. Real estate, bonds, etc.

Invest in waffles, as much as you can. You can never go wrong with waffles. Pancakes on the other hand...
