Need some recommendations
 

I need a recommendation for some pay-per-minute software. A guy I'm helping has a shit-ton of original content (currently it's in Quicktime and WMV, but I think we're going to end up converting it to flash) and wants to put it up pay-per-minute. Any ideas?

Also, anyone have a good recommendation for a card processor that will handle membership & actual goods? I hear CCBill won't do merchant for actual items that get shipped.
