Yeah, I got the impression they're fake tats. During the MTV Pre-Awards show, she was asked about them (two long tats - one on her arm & one on her leg), and she leaned over, covered her mouth and whispered something to the guy interviewing her (not sure if it was Kurt Loder or that Norris guy, as I only had one eye on the tv and was putting groceries away) and he said "ah, ok" and they both just laughed.
