Of course I do - It did at first - got a lot of stuff out of my system.....

I had one but interestingly enough, after I got rid of my ex-GF I didn't need the shrink anymore! LOL

No shrink but I have a neurologist who's a lot of fun and a kidney specialist who needs a shrink...

Yeah I have one and he helps. He says I have anxiety and panic attacks, so I have been taking Xanax. It does actually help and I don't feel like snapping like I used to. There is no shame in seeing a shrink, I don't care if people know I am seeing one. I have some issues and I am working on them. Props to the people that seek help for problems.

I went to my normal doctor for anxiety issues and she gave me an anti depressant that almost instantly gave me a panic attack.. yay. So I am skeptical.

Never go to a GP for anxiety issues. I went to mine before my shrink and I was put on Paxil. Family doctors always give out the anti depressants like candy. Shrinks are better at diagnosing you and giving you a drug if you really need one.
