That's a basic referral ..mind you this referral is only for new fresh faces. And is only paid out after the innitial casting and only if she's added to roaster and being shot.

However I feel you're talking more for exclusive solo girl site .. for that I've never paid a referral other then the genernal 5 - 10% referral contract fee. and this only if she gets a full year contract with updates.

Thats how much you pay i already spoke to people before that pay more than that that was last year.
