Watched it last night for the first time. Very entertaining, but not a "clever" idea.
It's basically the 1970's "The gong show" revamped. That Indian dude doing Napolian Dynomite blew me away:1orglaugh

Morgan (ie fired British newspaper editor) said on the radio the other day that the UK version was just the gong show for a new generation..so, at least they know it.

There are so many shows over here that are just Candid Camera by another name too.

Allen Funt and his son were the best! You are so right, The problem with the new hidden camera shows liked "Punk'd" is that anyone with half brain sees that there is TOO much editing.

I wanted to like that movie more than I did. I enjoyed it but thought it should have been something more.
