ICQ has a limit of 600 contacts??
 

I just got a message that i cant add anymore contacts. Then i saw i have about 600 now. Is that the limit and is there any way to raise it?

Un-plug your computer and throw it out the window! Thats the only solution I can think of...........

Don't worry about it. ICQ will lose some of your contacts at random times. You'll have some room soon enough.

hmm.. I thought you can't have more than 200, my trillian fucking up each time I reach 200+ :Oh crap

I have 607 atm not sure if there's a limit. Try making a new usergroup

I have over 20 user groups, that is not going to help.

my main icq has gotten up to 675 .. after that, i had some issues, trying to add new buddies or empty groups would just drop random buddies of my contact list.

pressing the envelope with icq is not recommended unless you want to start clean.

so there is no way to raise the limit?

I've reached 600 ~ 1 year ago, and didn't find a way to increase the limit since then. So I've changed to Trillian and that works fine with ~800 contacts :)
