    Issues with a dvd-rom disc...won't play...saying "not windows format"

    so, I have this dvd+r that won't load up

    I tried 3 computers and 7 total dvd drives

    I even tried MacDrive just in case it was some old school Mac/Apple dvd burn

    nothing

    does anyone know of any software that will load up a disc no matter what it is and tell me what format the disc is?

    i always thought a data disc was a data disc across all platforms...guess i was wrong
