Does Anyone Else Have Any Problems With Their Tivo's Always Getting Full?
 

LOL! Happens to me almost every night, I record WAAAAAAAY too much stuff and then I have to go erase a ton of stuff I want to watch.

Damn this new technology! I think I need to take some time off just to catch up with all my tv watching :1orglaugh

We also understand DVR.

And yes it pisses me off, and specially pisses me off when it picks up repeats when it shouldnt but because the description doesnt have repeat in it I get to record it 3 times in the week.

That's why bit torrent exists :)

I have a 110 hour DVR .. just got rid of a 40 hour Tivo. the thing is still filling up. I only set it to record first runs or the thing will be full in a day ..

I think you have to "clone" the existing drive to a larger one before installing because it contains operating files as well. Depends on the model, but I have seen numerous tutorials online about this.
