Any designers online right now?
 

Need pricing on taking the header from www.newpornchicks.com and shrinking it ( or a version of it ) to 190 width pixels, and put it in a table with a 5 pixel thickness left and right border, with a footer at the bottom that says "Click here to see more and rate her!" in the same style font as the top, but the footer text is flashing

Unfortunately my designer is missing :(
