I use amvc.com , got 3 video's with them so far. They do the packaging and marketing. If you decide to go with them, let me know.

The big companies that do distribution to adult video stores are GVA (General Video of America), IVD and Metro (under the name Capital Video).

GVA is mostly considered the big distributor in the biz.
