Need help (ch**d porn)
 

Hey folks,

I run an adult dating site. It is free to register and upload some photos, just like every other dating site.

Recently a prick with UK IPs is signing up and uploading 10-12 y/o girls in thongs. I have tried deleting the photos, they upload them again. Tried deleting the entire account, they sign up again. Tried banning them, they figure it out and sign up again. FUCK!@*(^$*(

I already sent an email to ASACP & report on http://www.iwf.org.uk...

My main concern is that my site is an adult site, lots of dicks and pussies and the photos they upload are very disturbing.

I'd appreciate your advice.

Pre approve all pictures before they go up. You might need to hire a team to do it.

Report them to their local PD as having uploaded CP to your website, give them the dates/times and ip addresses

what k0nrad said...if you have their location then report it to the local departments cause if they are uploading it then they prob have it stored on their comps

Kids in thongs.. or even nude.. is not technically CP
it comes under this AWFUL fucking loophole of ARTISTIC CONTENT

Ban the ip address. They may be smart enough to figure out proxies if they haven't already but it's an idea. Ban the entire range if you have to. This is pretty easy to do with a geoip redirect. :2 cents: Is their provider a popular one in the UK?

Pre approve all images as dave said. It's your site, you can set the rules.

And yes, merely children in underwear is not child porn far as the law is concerned.

It's, in general, a good idea to check everything users can upload before letting it go online...CP is just one severe problem, copyright violations are another one.
