One arm bigger then the other! (workout tips?)
So i have been working out for a while and my right arm is bigger then the left! Wtf :Oh crap How the hell did that happen? :1orglaugh

could try doing isolated curls and tricep push downs .. go higher weight on the smaller arm for less reps and don't push the weight level on the stronger arm for a bit, just maintain current excersise level on that.

yeah, work the smaller arm a bit more and see how that works. I used to work out a ton and also worried about that for a while, but in reality no one else noticed, it was just me staring in the gym mirror being paranoid as fuck. I think a lot of it is in your head...
